UEW Diverter Valve
The Unique Engineering Works Diverter Valve is specifically designed for channeling the gravity feed of free-flowing materials, either automatically or manually. It provides an efficient and reliable method for directing product flow from a single source to multiple destinations, making it ideal for batch processing systems. The unit can also function as a two-in to one gathering hopper, offering flexibility in material handling configurations.
Engineered to handle dry powders, pellets, granules, and other free-flowing products, the valve ensures dust-tight performance from inside to outside. The precision-designed flap gate minimizes leakage between system legs, maintaining process integrity and reducing material loss. Its rugged overall construction ensures dependable, long-term service even in demanding industrial environments.
Standard construction features heavy-gauge mild steel for durability and strength. Upon request, the valve is also available in stainless steel, aluminum, or abrasion-resistant steel to suit corrosive, hygienic, or high-wear applications.

Customization Options – Diverter Flow Valve
Our Diverter Flow Valves can be customized to meet specific operating conditions and material handling requirements. Standard construction is heavy-gauge mild steel, ensuring strength, durability, and reliable long-term performance. For specialized applications, the valve is also available in stainless steel, aluminum, and abrasion-resistant steel to suit corrosive, hygienic, lightweight, or high-wear environments. The internal flap or diverter plate can be manufactured in hardox for high-abrasion applications, providing superior wear resistance and extended service life. For corrosive or sanitary processes, stainless steel (SS) diverter plates are available to ensure excellent corrosion resistance and clean operation. In addition to material selection, the Diverter Flow Valve can be customized in terms of size, flange configuration (square, round, or square-to-round), actuation type (manual, pneumatic, or electric), and other dimensional specifications to ensure seamless integration with existing systems and customer requirements.
